Fine Print:
Rates
Our rate for private wine country transportation in our Cadillac Escalade is $115 per hour, with a minimum of 6 hours for local departures from Napa and Sonoma. A fuel surcharge of $75 per day applies, reflecting current California fuel costs.
Every booking includes:
✓ A personally curated itinerary tailored to your group, including dining reservations
✓ Your dedicated driver and tour guide
✓ Water and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day
✓ A surprise or two along the way — because the best experiences are the unexpected ones
Not included:
○ Winery tasting fees and additional experiences
○ Dining
○ Wine and retail purchases
○ Gratuity for your tour guide, which is always warmly appreciated
Traveling from outside Napa or Sonoma? We’d love to make it work — get in touch to discuss pickup options and pricing.
To secure your booking, we ask for a credit card on file. This also allows us to make and hold reservations at wineries and restaurants on your behalf, making the planning process as seamless as possible.
We believe in straightforward pricing — no hidden fees, ever.
Cancellations/ Others
Life happens, and we completely understand that plans sometimes change. Here is our cancellation policy:
7+ days; Cancel more than 7 days before your tour date and no fees will be charged — no questions asked.
2–7 days: Cancellations made 2 to 7 days before your tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on a minimum of 6 hours.
Under 48 hours: Cancellations within 48 hours of your tour date will be charged in full, based on a minimum of 6 hours, to the card on file.
We will always do our best to fill a canceled date. If we are able to do so, no cancellation fee will be charged — regardless of the notice given.
Vehicle Care
We take great pride in our vehicle and the experience it helps create. In the unlikely event of an accident that results in soiling the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the card on file. We always encourage our guests to taste and enjoy responsibly — not only for their own wellbeing, but to fully savor every moment of their Zen experience.
All fees are charged to the credit card on file. By confirming your booking, you agree to these policies.
