Live your Sensory Education from feeling the cold air in the morning and seeing wine country from above, to learning to smell and taste every nuance of the beautiful wines produced in this unique place.
The day starts bright and early to go up in the air in a hot air balloon to feel the fresh air and to see the Valley from above. Of course we freshen up the palate with some local sparkling wine. The balloon ride over the beautiful Napa Valley is offered on most days, depending on weather conditions and season.
On our way to a one-of-a-kind private tasting experience that will guide you through all the elements of wine using your senses we will get a first insight of the Aroma Wheel. Upon arrival you will explore a special Sensory Room, utilizes hand-blown glass globes as a tool to help you uncover unique characteristics of wine. Within each globe are stunning representations of wine varietals, expertly crafted with visual and aromatic elements to enhance your wine tasting knowledge and palate.
After a light lunch we take it to the next level with an immersive sensory experience that fuses fine wine, nature, and state-of-the art technology to unveil the new collection of single vineyard wines from one of Napa’s most prestigious AVAs. This experience is inspired by the world’s most regarded artistic exhibitions and world class hospitality
To finish this day for of sensory impressions we dine with incredible views of the valley high up in the mountain ranges, with your private chef, and joined by some of Napa’s most interesting people.
