Jan was excellent at communicating from the very beginning and made the entire experience hassle-free and enjoyable. He arrived early to pick us up from the hotel with a bottle of champagne, bottles of water, and a personalized card. He was personable, knowledgeable about the area, industry/wine, and his service was attentive without being intrusive or overbearing. The pricing was transparent and, while you could find transportation around Napa for less, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. We had a fabulous time with Jan for a day of wine tasting. Jan worked with me to select the wineries. He was very attentive to understand what type of wines we enjoy and prefer. He picked us up at our home in Livermore and drove us to the Napa wineries and returned us home at the end of the day.
